Why Pilates Belongs in Your Training Ecosystem
Most people treat strength training and recovery classes as separate things. At VŌLITION, they’re part of the same system. Your Pilates sessions directly support your strength training by reinforcing the core stability and body awareness that makes compound movements safer and more effective. Your strength training gives your body the capacity to get more out of Pilates. This is the ecosystem approach. Nothing competes. Everything compounds.
