When you start at VŌLITION, your fitness level will improve quickly with our guided systematic approach, usually in the FIRST 30 DAYS.

Nope! Most of our members start just like you. We assess each new members fitness level with a Foundations Session.
Then our workouts are “universally scaled”, with a different version of each days workout designed for every level. As you level up you can take on more challenging variants of the workout if you desire. Join us today and see how!

If you’re a beginner and just starting out then 2-4 times per week will be enough to see results and allow you to adjust. You can easily add more though because our Ecosystem is designed to pair training and recovery days so you always feel GOOD to keep GOING.
You’ll be sore some days, so allow yourself recovery days or attend our recovery classes between training sessions at first – over the course of the following months work up towards 5-6 days per week if you want to maximize! Come in to see our process first hand!
We offer an exciting, challenging and varied programming and classes which will keep it fun! The workouts are published in advance. Our schedule is designed to help you train and recovery all intentionally. Week after week.
Some days are more strength focused where we will focus on our lifts. Movements like barbell squats, kettlebell swings, dumbbell and cable/machine work. Other days, we may focus more on cardio & conditioning with rowers and bikes. Some days are focused on body weight movements like pushups, sit-ups, and pull-ups. Some days are a mix of everything.
We pair this with Yoga, Mat Pilates and Mobility for the most well rounded training programs in Arizona. Sign up today!
Each class is 60 minutes and led by qualified coaches or instructors. We always start together and work together through each class with guided instructions along the way.
In Group Classes coach will brief the group on the workout, the movements, and the proper form. During the workout, the coach will be guiding and providing instruction. For Yoga, Mat Pilates and Mobility an instructor will guide you through the whole class.
At the end of each class, instructors and coaches will guide you to what to do next or help you schedule your next session according to your goals and maximize your succes!
